About

ብልህ is the job.

Bilih means clever and wise. The lab is a small Ethiopian software shop. We build the desk, train the people who will sit at it, then leave.

The lab

We work from Ethiopia. Conversation happens on Telegram. The job is written down before anyone builds. The number is in that proposal because a cafe floor, a school office, and an ops desk are different rooms.

Most days we ship a product or a portal with one operator in mind. AI goes in only when it removes a step that person already hates. Training is how the desk stays theirs.

Who sits at the desk

Cafes and restaurants

Guests order from a phone. The counter and the kitchen share one ticket. That is myorder.

Schools

Staff keep registers, invoices, and announcements on the website. Families open the school invite in Telegram. That is temari.

Other teams

An internal tool or a customer portal with the same shape: one job, one operator, a written handoff.

What “own it” means

After we leave you should be able to open the system on Monday without calling us first.

  • Logins for the people who will operate it
  • A written note of the slice we built
  • A training session with those operators
  • A short support window after go-live
